ShopeeXperts Bootcamp Terms and Conditions:
1. All Tickets sold are on a first-come, first-served basis. For the Event, each user can purchase a maximum of three (3) tickets in one order.
2. Tickets are not available for walk-in purchase.
3. Applicable to purchases made through Shopee Platform, users must submit the correct email address(es) in the registration form (“Form”). Shopee Malaysia is unable to accommodate changes after the Form is submitted.
4. Users who have purchased either Offline or Online Ticket(s) for the Event through the Shopee Platform must submit their email address(es) in the Form to receive the Event confirmation email(s) (“Confirmation Email”). The sale of the Ticket(s) purchase is concluded only upon the user receiving the Confirmation Email.
5. No refund if users fail to submit the Form or attend the Event. The deadline for submitting the Form is 1 October 2023, 10:00 AM.
6. Ticket holders may transfer the ticket to another individual privately, but Shopee Malaysia will not attend to any changes for the ticket holder’s details.
7. Users that purchased the Ticket(s) through the Shopee Platform and attended the Event may qualify to receive up to RM1,000 Shopee Ads Credit (“Giveaway”). The Giveaway is structured as follows:
a) 1 user to qualify to receive RM1,000 Shopee Ads Credit
b) 2 users to qualify to receive RM500 Shopee Ads Credit
c) 10 users to qualify to receive RM100 Shopee Ads Credit
d) 10 users to qualify to receive RM50 Shopee Ads Credit
e) 20 users to qualify to receive RM25 Shopee Ads Credit
8. The Giveaway will only be credited to the user account that purchased the Ticket(s). No credits transfer to other user accounts are allowed.
9. Giveaway will be credited within fourteen (14) working days after the Event. Please ensure your Shopee Ads account is activated beforehand. To activate your Shopee Ads account:
a) Log onto Seller Centre and click ‘Shopee Ads’.
b) Under Terms of Service, click ‘Accept’.
10. Giveaway is valid for thirty (30) days upon the date of receipt. Unused Shopee Ads Credit will expire.
11. Any other Giveaway gift for the Event will be fulfilled within fourteen (14) working days after the Event.
12. As part of the booking process, you may be required to provide your personal details to Shopee Malaysia which details may include (i) name, (ii) email address, and (iii) contact details (“Personal Data”) and you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with Shopee Malaysia’s Privacy Policy.
13. Shopee Malaysia reserves the right to vary, delete, or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
